During 2004 and 2005 Susan worked closely with 20 of our sales and customer service staff, over a period of 12 months to enhance our sales skills and focus our efforts. She assisted us in developing a range of sales tools and models to support our work in the field and in our office environment. With Susan’s guidance we were able to develop a sales culture across the whole organisation, and bridge the divisions between our Customer Service and Sales Teams to become a truly sales focused organisation.
