have worked with Susan Davie in the areas of Sales Training
for Telemarketers, Sales training for Marketers and Leadership
Development (LSI Surveys & debriefs).
Susan
has provided support in the areas of training needs analysis,
development and facilitation of programs and one on one
coaching. In all of these areas I have found Susan to be
highly skilled in interpreting our business issues and needs
and utilising her significant training and coaching experience
to develop solutions that met our needs. Susan has also
been effective in providing coaching and feedback to our
sales leaders through the LSI Leadership process.
In
particular, Susan's facilitation and coaching style is impressive.
Susan is warm, approachable and very engaging. And in Sales
Training programs, she creates an environment where the
group is confident to apply new skills and approaches. Susan
also demonstrates a great ability to think on her feet and
identify key interests/issues in the group and emphasise
or de-emphasise areas of content to ensure that individual
needs were met. This is very refreshing as all too often
training has a tendency to become formula driven, whilst
with Susan, I am clear no 2 programs are exactly alike!

a result of the work we have done with Susan, the team is
more effective in building rapport and communicating with
our customers to better understand their needs and thus
match our offering to their requirements. Most importantly
our Sales results have increased and this in particular
has been due to improved telesales skills, better scripting
and more focused marketing to support sales activity.

have worked with Susan Davie for approximately 4 years and
have been very happy with her ability to understand the
business requirements and translate them into training outcomes.

During 2004 and 2005 Susan worked closely with 20 of our
sales and customer service staff, over a period of 12 months
to enhance our sales skills and focus our efforts. She assisted
us in developing a range of sales tools and models to support
our work in the field and in our office environment. With
Susan’s guidance we were able to develop a sales culture
across the whole organisation, and bridge the divisions
between our Customer Service and Sales Teams to become a
truly sales focused organisation.
Susan
was very quick to gain a deep insight into the marketplace
and the challenges facing our organisation. In addition

Susan
is a fantastic motivator and was quickly able to break down
barriers between Sales and Customer Service staff, thus

During the time that Susan worked with us, the staff came
